– The astonishing writing of Eskil Vogt. It takes a lot of skill to achieve this level of coherence in such a complex storyline!
– The scene where Einar is walking down the street and the camera is following young girls from behind. There is nothing sexual in the shot, yet somehow the sequence feels so vulgar!
– The performance of Ellen Dorrit Petersen, in the main role of a blind young woman.
– The constant play with the notion of space throughout the film. A bit confusing in the beginning, but brilliantly staged once you get the grip of the story.
– The fact that sometimes a very good story is the only thing you need to make a great movie! The scarcity in favour of the artist!
